Special Events Lunch Menu
When hosting an Event with Villa Artigiano a set menu is required for parties of 15 or more. We do not have a room rental fee, corkage fee, or cakeage fee. If you would like to have a PRIVATE LUNCHEON event, a $1,000 food minimum is required. In order to secure your function, a non-refundable deposit is required and a signed contract must be received. All deposits will be credited towards your final bill. The final guaranteed number of guests must be received 3 business days prior to your event and your menu is due 2 weeks prior to your event. You will be charged for the actual guest count in the case it exceeds your guaranteed number.

Special Events Family Style Lunch
Menus begin at $35 per person, upgrades are available. Pricing does NOT include 6% sales tax and 20% Gratuity. Served with freshly baked bread, brewed regular & decaf coffee, hot tea, iced tea & sodas. Price per person will depend on menu selections. Any upgrades listed apply to the entire cost per person price, NOT per course option selected. Host may choose 1 Antipasta & 1 Salad served FAMILY STYLE. Each additional antipasta is $4 per person. Host may choose 3 entree options for their guests for their 3rd course. Guests will have the opportunity to select from 1 of thos 3 options to be served individually on the day of your event.
1st COURSE
FUNGHI TRENTINO - trio of mushrooms sauteed in olive oil, garlic, fresh basil and a touch of demi-glaze
CALAMARI e PISELLI - tender calamari rings sauteed in olive oil and garlic, fresh peas and chopped tomato served over a bed of baby arugula
BRUSCHETTA - toasted Italian bread topped with diced tomato, onions and fresh basil with ricotta
CALAMARI FRITTI - fried calamari rings w/side of tomato sauce and basil aioli
CHARCUTERIE BOARD - chef's hand selected artisanal cheeses and traditional cured meats with olives ……………… add $2
2nd Course
MISTA - mixed greens, sliced raw onions and fresh chopped tomato, tossed in an aged balsamic vinaigrette dressing
INSALATA di CESARE - crisp romaine lettuce with seasoned garlic croutons tossed in our homemade caesar dressing
CAPRESE - fresh mozzarella, roma tomatoes and basil chiffonade drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic reduction …………….. Add $2
INSALATA GORGONZOLA - mixed greens with fresh pears, walnuts and creamy gorgonzola cheese, dressed with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinaigrette … add $3
INSALATA ARUGULA - arugula salad with toasted pine nuts, hearts of palm and goat cheese, tossed with a balsamic vinaigrette ……… add $4
3rd Course
TAGLIATELLE alla BOLOGNESE - wide pasta served with a homemade traditional meat sauce
CAPELLINI al SANO - angel hair pasta with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil in garlic and extra virgin olive oil
PENNE VODKA - short pencil point pasta with prosciutto, shallots and peas in a pink vodka sauce
GNOCCHI MASCARPONE - homemade potato dumplings in a mascarpone cream sauce with sliced almonds and balsamic glaze
SPAGHETTI PRIMAVERA - long noodles served with seasonal vegetables in a garlic white wine sauce
POLLO PICATTA - sautéed chicken with extra virgin olive oil and capers in a white wine lemon sauce and a side of pasta
POLLO PARMIGIANA - breaded chicken cutlet topped with fresh mozzarella and homemade pomodoro sauce
POLLO FELICE - pounded and grilled chicken breast topped with chopped arugula, fresh tomatoes, roasted red peppers and chopped artichoke hearts…. Add $2
VITELLO MARSALA - veal medallions sautéed with wild mushrooms in a marsala wine demi-glaze and a side of pasta ….. Add $3
SALMON MANTECATO - grilled filet of salmon topped with pearl onions in a white wine sauce over sauteed vegetables ….. Add $4
When hosting an event with Villa Artigiano, you are permitted to BYO Cake or Cupcakes at NO FEE upon approval from the event coordinator.
Any additional desserts ( Italian Desserts, Fruit Plates, Gelato ) must be secured thru Villa Artigiano.
